Brand Identity & Advertising

  • Design multi-channel deliverables such as corporate identity logos/brand manuals, publications, UX/UI website and social media design, sales brochures, event promotion materials, exhibit displays, tradeshow booths, newsletters, newspaper and magazine ads, and retail product packaging
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Curate content and perform verification checks for clients and vendors

Publishing

  • Art direct and production design for publications and collateral from concept to press check
  • Image asset organization: direct photoshoots, research stock and collect materials needed
  • Client relations on sponsored publications, liaising with printers for pre-press, upload, and proofing
  • Proofing for design style consistency, grammar consistency, formatted listing consistency, and other copy proofing, and copy-editing using Chicago Style guidelines
  • Digital asset management from ad production to image retouching and creating/approving pdfs for press
  • Corporate title rebranding: Inherit, research, and redesign publications as needed

Management

  • Train and manage creative department staff and freelancers for assignments in publishing, photography, events
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Production teams on schedules, specifications, RFPs, and client meetings
  • Oversee and proof all projects produced, including magazines, guides, inserts, brochures, event promotions
  • Research, purchase, and maintain software and equipment for the production department
